A RELAXED SUFFOLK COUPLES SHOOT WITH JO & TONY
A wintery, relaxed suffolk couples shoot was on the menu a couple of weekends ago with Jo & Tony. They travelled to meet me in Suffolk for their engagement shoot from their Essex home, for a natter and wander around Christchurch Park in the centre of Ipswich. When we were done with the beautiful hazy morning sunshine (we had hoped for frost, but sun was a rather good alternative!) I dragged them around Christchurch Mansion museum too – see, couples shoots can be educational too! I jest, I’ve just been dying to embrace the moody lighting and beautiful backdrops of the mansion for so long. It really did not disappoint and was worth the wait. The room with all the hand-painted panels on the walls was my favourite.. If anyone is getting married at Christchurch Mansion, hit me up – it’s on my wedding venues to shoot bucket list so you can grab yourself a discount!
I am so excited about these guys’ wedding which I also have the pleasure of photographing in the latter half of next year. The reception is at their family home which sounds just incredible, like an alternative extravaganza of chilled out creativity, dancing, drinks and lots of laughter. Although, Tony better get started with all the things he’s planning on making in time for it! What was it Tony, just a barn to turn in to a bar, a caravan to do up…? I could go on. Stop reading this and go get making Mr! Jo is super organised and has her dress already, I can’t wait to see this gorgeous lady in her fineries! I had such a laugh for the hour or so I was with these two, I just know their wedding won’t feel like work in the slightest! I love my couples, they’re always a blast.
