KERSEY MILL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IPSWICHSarah & Jo; the new Mrs & Mrs Raven-Lloyd. What a couple. These gorgeous girls were married at The Venue at Kersey Mill in Ipswich, Suffolk this Autumn. You might recognise these two from their engagement shoot last Autumn when we met in Christchurch Park, Ipswich. Missed it? Check out their shoot here.. I can’t believe it was over a year ago already! Anyway, I digress – back to their incredible big day. Guests wore Autumnal colours as per the girls request, beautifully matching the rustic decor inside. The tables were dotted with mini pumpkins, conkers and tea lights making their reception super cosy for their October celebration. So original, I’ve never seen pumpkins and conkers as wedding centre pieces before but it looked amazing – see the images below! You’ll notice the penguin theme dotted throughout too – Sarah & Jo got engaged after feeding the penguins; while still in the penguin enclosure Sarah presented Jo with a pebble with ‘will you marry me?’ written on it. Pretty bloody cool, huh? After their relaxed, heartwarming ceremony throughout which they both grinned non-stop, they grabbed a glass of bubbly before having some photos and quiet moments alone in the kiln room. Next up was a whole load of confetti throwing on the deck with the beautiful, rustic red leafy archway as a backdrop before their couples portraits in their wedding car, against the autumn leaves and upon the beautiful bridge. Shortly after, they headed back indoors and had lots of hugs with their guests before taking their seats for the speeches (just look below at the laughter on their faces throughout!) and then their wedding breakfast to follow. If you need inspiration on how to make an impact with desert, just look at the cake table these ladies had… cupcakes and macarons galore! Mm, mm, mmm.
